Just thought I'd share: on the highway on the way home from church today, I finally saw one of the below:
Could someone explain to me why our new president's mug is showing up everywhere? You know what it reminds me of, other than the incredible hubris it displays (not even Clinton was put on a license plate that I'm aware of; or maybe that was only Arkansas?)?
Does anyone know of any other president, Democrat or Republican, who has done so much to thrust his image upon us on such a daily basis? I can understand the state of IL putting Lincoln on the plates, as it has, but puh-leeze, The One has hardly been in office yet! The seas haven't fallen, and I doubt one would truly say that the land has healed itself yet.
