Although my personal experience with goats is somewhat limited, it is perhaps more than the average city boy. I've overseen goats birthing (with help, of course!), and have witnessed their growth from cute newborns to rambunctiously clever adults, capable of amazing Houdini feats when a fresh garden lay on the other side of the fence allegedly confining them. And you do not know, really, what the word "frolic" was meant for until you've seen a goat kid walking along and, for no apparent reason other than the sheer joy of life, suddenly kick up its legs into the air and start gamboling about.
That said, Life magazine recently had an interesting picture of the week in the print edition of the newspaper I get (which we get mostly for the ads; most certainly not for the news or commentary!) that was..."unusual." However, based on my experience and what I subsequently found out there on the web, I know these are not Photoshopped! So, for your viewing pleasure, with best wishes for a good chuckle, we present:
GOATS IN TREES!!!

Now, just please don't ask me how they got there!
